Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Astrobiscuit ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our logistics to more countries soon.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture or used bedding are not eligible for return due to hygiene and manufacturing standards.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wooden furniture is FSC-certified, and our textiles use Oeko-Tex certified organic cotton whenever possible.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
