At Astrobiscuit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
